We are here to serve our community to attempt to improve lives and strengthen our local law enforcement agency in Casselberry Florida.
Glenn Repple | President
BioGlenn Repple is the Founder and President of G.A. Repple Financial Group which manages several businesses including G.A. Repple and Company, a national broker-dealer and investment advisory firm.
Glenn's journey of preparation in the Financial Services industry started in 1972 and led him to become a Regional Vice President with E.F. Hutton Financial Services. His responsibilities were to recruit and train Attorneys, CPAs, Insurance Agents, and Stock Brokers to work together providing financial planning services to clients and business owners.
After 10 years of corporate training and experience, and with an expanded passion for serving people, Glenn left E.F. Hutton in 1982 to become an independent Financial Planner and started his own firm, G.A. Repple and Company.
G.A. Repple has grown to a national firm and has assisted in the formation of hundreds of foundations in which millions of dollars have been raised for charitable purposes through tax and estate planning strategies. In March 2018, Glenn was designated as the recipient of the Lifetime Stewardship Achievement Award from the National Center for Stewardship & Generosity.
Arif Fareed | 1st Vice President
BioArif Fareed serves as First Vice President of the Casselberry Police Foundation. He is a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones with over a decade of experience in financial services. His credentials include a Bachelor of Science, MBA, and CFP designation, along with AAMS and CRPS certifications.
Professionally, Fareed leads diversity and inclusion initiatives for the Orlando Edward Jones Region and received the Ted Jones Spirit of Caring award. He contributes to several community organizations, including the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce, Seminole County Public School Business Advisory Board, Seminole State College Business Advisory Board, and American Muslim Partnership.
He has resided in Seminole County since 2003 with his spouse Mary, an elementary school educator in the local public school system. Together they are raising two children, Alia and Noah.
Andy Searles | Secretary
BioAndy Searles has been a Casselberry resident for over 25 years and is deeply committed to the community. He serves as Pastor of Church Together in Casselberry and as Chaplain for the Casselberry Police Department, providing care and support to officers and their families.
Andy also serves on the board of Leadership Seminole and is Chaplain for Orlando City Soccer Club. He has a deep appreciation for the police department and is passionate about supporting their work and strengthening connection across the community.
Yesha Patel | Member at Large
BioYesha Patel is Co-Owner of Platinum Signs and Design, LLC, a B2B company established in 2006 specializing in signage, printing, promotional products, and vehicle wraps in Orlando, FL.
She drives company development and growth through marketing campaigns and networking efforts, actively participates in local chamber events, and serves as outside sales representative for East and Central Orlando.
Yesha loves networking and interacting with her customers, as well as building new relationships with everyone she meets. Her personal interests include spending time with family and friends, exercise, and reading.
Gary Teramae | Member at Large
BioGary Teramae serves as Vice President of Business Relations at McCoy Credit Union and has been active in the Casselberry community for over three decades. His professional background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
His community involvement includes serving as President of the Casselberry Rotary Club, charter member of the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce where he served multiple terms on the board, and board member and treasurer for the Seminole County Historical Society. He is an active participant in various Casselberry events and fundraising initiatives.
Ben Landaal | Member at Large
BioBen and his wife, Paige, have been married since 2015 and are the proud parents of two awesome boys, Carter and Jace. Their family time revolves around the baseball fields, enjoying time on the lake, and spending time with extended family. Faith plays a central role in Ben's life, guiding both his personal and professional endeavors. He serves on the board of directors at his church, reflecting his dedication to community and spiritual growth.
Professionally, Ben is a managing member of Completely Transformed LLC, a custom residential renovation company based in Casselberry, Florida. Since founding the company in 2018, he has drawn upon over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in custom kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, and additions. As a certified building contractor, Ben is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and personalized service to each client.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from John Brown University in Arkansas, earned in 2014. Originally born and raised in Wisconsin, he relocated to Florida full-time in 2014 after completing his degree.
Diane Awbrey | Member at Large
BioDiane Awbrey has been retired since May 2022 and has been living in Casselberry for the past 23 years. A native of Orlando, FL she has seen many changes in cities in both Orange and Seminole County. Before retiring, she had worked in the medical field for the past 30 years, rising from file clerk to office manager for various doctor offices.
Her time now is spent volunteering for various organizations, staying active in her neighborhood and church, and serving as a co-facilitator in GriefShare where she shares her experiences and knowledge of being a caregiver and growing through the loss of her son and husband.
She loves spending time with her family and friends, working in her yard, and "thrifting" with friends. Faith, family, and friends are the most important things in her life. You can usually find her at a local park or lake watching the sunrise or sunset, and she gives God all the praise for the amazing life she lives.
Jacqualine Mackenzie | Member at Large
BioJacqualine Mackenzie is a litigation paralegal at Warner & Warner, PL located in Casselberry, Florida. She has been working in the legal field for over 20 years. She spent the first 11 years of her career with a prominent local insurance defense firm and now she uses her litigation paralegal skills to help injured clients.
She is also on the board of the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce. When she is not handling litigation matters, she loves spending time with her husband and fishing.
Patrick Lembo | Member at Large
BioPat Lembo's professional background includes an MBA in accounting from Rutgers University and experience as a CPA and senior manager with Ernst & Young. He later served as president of Jack Lenor Larsen, an international textile company.
His business ventures expanded into entrepreneurship, where he established a major laundromat chain operating along the east coast. Currently, he assists his wife Elizabeth with operations at Casselberry Patio Bar.
On the personal side, his son Greg is a career Navy pilot, and Pat is grandfather to five grandchildren.
